Erin Smyth joined Camatta Lempens in mid 2009 specialising in Family Law.
Erin graduated from Flinders University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in History and a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice. Erin was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in November 2007.
Erin is equally interested in matters dealing with property settlement and children and can offer the following services:
- Matrimonial property settlements;
- Domestic partners property settlements;
- Divorce applications;
- Children's issues including live with, time with and relocation issues; and
- Mediation and negotiation.
Erin especially enjoys practicing in the area of family law and the fact that Camatta Lempens promotes spending time with clients to form a positive working and supportive relationship with them. Erin and Camatta Lempens understand that separation and the break down of domestic and marital relationships is an extremely stressful time for clients and that individual attention to each client's matter is required.
When Erin is not at the office she enjoys traveling, being outside, preferably at the beach and spending time with her family, friends and her pug dog Oscar.
