Expertise

John is a key member of our Mergers and Acquisitions and Commercial and Corporate practices, and has acted on commercial aspects of a number of large property developments.

John also works with our Commercial Litigation team, practicing in disputes relating to franchising, contracts, State and Federal taxation, bankruptcy and insolvency matters.

John often appears in the State Courts, the Federal Magistrates Court and the Federal Court, and has acted as instructing solicitor in trials in the Supreme Court and District Court of South Australia.

Prior to joining Camatta Lempens, John worked with a boutique firm specialising in franchising law. He has also worked with litigation teams in large commercial firms and Government.

Qualifications:

Honours Degree in Law
Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Corporate Finance)
