Expertise

Louis Leventis is a key member of the firm's Commercial Litigation team. He advises upon commercial and civil litigation matters including commercial and corporate transactions, financial transaction disputes, trusts, building and construction disputes, lease disputes, other business-related advice, defamation and maters in relation to Australian Human Rights.

He regularly acts as in-house Counsel and as instructing solicitor in Supreme Court, Federal Court, District Court and Magistrates' Court proceedings and Mediations.

Louis has experience in business, having worked in government and the private sector in financial related matters.

He is an experienced negotiator, combining an understanding of the client's needs with a tactical aptitude in adversarial situations.

Louis has an abiding interest in martial arts, health and fitness, food and wine, philosophy and history.
