Robert Lempens
Robert is one of the firm's two founding partners, commencing practice with Franco Camatta on the day before both graduated from law school. His main practice areas are:
- estate planning, including drafting Wills, enduring powers of guardianship and attorneys;
- contested Wills;
- probate and estates;
- liquor licensing;
- criminal law.
Robert graduated from Adelaide University with a Bachelor of Laws, and has since completed Graduate Diplomas in Legal Practice and Corporate Management.
Robert is well known to 5AA listeners and the public at large as “Lawyer Bob”. He regularly advises community forums on the rights of individuals in our society. Robert advises on liquor licensing and regularly attends the legal practioners’ forums held with the Liquor and Gambling Authority. He has also tutored in Succession and Estates at Flinders University.
Robert is a keen city dweller, and is often seen riding his bicycle to and from the office.
